Curated by Julie Chae and Kristina Bilonick, the exhibition Ctrl+P will include prints and textile works by a wide range of artists from across the country. Hosted by the Arlington Arts Center, Ctrl+P will be on view from June 22 through September 16. Click here for more information.

In conjunction with Artosphere, Arkansas' arts and nature festival presented by the Walton Arts Center, my work will be on view in the exhibition Structuring Nature, curated by Andrea Packard and including artists Orit Hofshi, Andrew Moore, Ben Peterson, and Randall Exon. In the Background is an invitational portfolio organized by Yoonmi Nam. 12 artists' wallpaper-inspired prints will be on display at the Southern Graphics Council's 2012 Conference, "Navigating Currents" in New Orleans, March 14-17. To learn more, visit: Navigating Currents.

An on-going project of Detroit-based artist Chido Johnson, participants submit artists' books using paperback romance novels as a jumping-off point. IPCNY's New Prints 2011 show will be traveling to Austin, Texas as part of UT Austin's Printmaking Convergence Program. The exhibition will be on view from January 78-March 10, 2012. For more details, click here.

In October I had the opportunity to spend two weeks working with artist and master printer David Curcio of Ningyo Editions in Boston. The resultant piece is a 7-color Japanese woodblock print with etching and chine colle, titled Settlements. The opening and release of Settlements is Thursday, November 4. For the month of September I will be an artist-in-residence at All Along Press in the Cherokee neighborhood of Saint Louis. I will be working on A Volcano Pilgrim in Exchange for Fire, a component of a new project that will culminate in a two-person show with painter Marty Weishaar this winter in Baltimore. click here to visit All Along Press.
